The hacking of the former UK Pm Lit Truss phone has created a storm in Britain. The daily mail agents working for Vladimir Putin hacked Truss phone details.

According to the mail Truss phone was hacked when she was foreign secretary . The target was sensitive message between Truss and foreign officials about Ukraine war .

The daily mail also reported that Truss private message with Kwasi Kwarteng whom she  made chancellor after becoming UK PM were also compromised .

It further revealed that messages criticising Johnson by Truss and Kwarteng were accessed .

The UK daily claimed hacking was discovered during summer tory leadership campaign . But the news was suppressed by then UK P Boris Johnson and cabinet secretary Simon case .The British government however declined to comment on individual security arrangements .

UK Govt On Truss Phone Hacking

The government has robust systems in place to protect against cyber threats .

That includes the regular security briefings for ministers and advice on protecting their personal data and mitigating cyber threats .(UK Govt Spokesperson).

UK govt has been urged to open an investigations after Truss phine was hacked .

Liz Truss resigned as UK PM earlier and was succeeded by India-origin Rishi Sunak .
