Russian response likely as Moscow loses troops
NATO has said the west needs to brace for a protracted inflict between Ukraine and Russia. The warning was issued by NATO secy general Jens Stoltenberg as the war in Ukraine drags on . Stoltenberg told the BBC that Russia partial mobilization launched in September .
Shows that Moscow and pres Vladimir Putin have no plans to end the hostilities in the near future. NATO Chief all that indicates that they are prepared to continue the war. NATO chief further warned of a possible new Russian offensive in Ukraine, The BBC reported.

The west continues to provide arms and other forms support to Ukraine that the only way to convince Russia that they have to sit down and negotiate in good faith and respect Ukraine as a sovereign independent nation in Europe . What we do know is that what Ukraine can achieve around that table is totally dependent on the strength on the battlefield .( NATO Chief )
Russian president Putin recently accused the west of turning Ukraine into a colony and using its (Ukraine) people as “Cannon” fodder , a battering ram against Russia. The Kremlin maintains it is open to talks with Ukraine accusing Kyiv of refusing to negotiate.
This as scores of Russian troops died in a massive Ukrainian strike on Monday in eastern Ukraine . While Ukraine claimed 400 Russians were killed Moscow acknowledge just 63 deaths.
