Syrian government we appeal to our Indian friends from all strata of society to come forward and help . Syrian govt said it urgently needs medical equipments, emergency medicines , blankets , tents, winter clothing , protection and safety tools and many other items to help the people .
The appeal for help from Syria comes at a time when India has already dispatched relief material to Syria and Turkey under operation dost to help both the nations devastated by earthquakes . Syrian regimes has been sanctioned by west over its brutal crackdown on anti-govt protesters .
Ten thousands of people have been killed in Syria since 2011 in anti-government protests and fighting . Russia and Iran are the closest allies of Syria and have been aiding it military against rebels
