Islamabad : The Supreme Court has stopped the arrest of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf in the murder case of lawyer Abdul Razzaq Shar.
According to private TV Dunya News, a 3-member bench headed by Justice Yahya Afridi heard the lawyer's murder case in the Supreme Court.
During the hearing in the lawyer murder case, IG Balochistan submitted the investigation report to the Supreme Court in which it was said that Abdul Razzaq Shar was being threatened on the application of Article 6. During the investigation, a JIT was formed under the chairmanship of DIGCTD on June 8, which has had 8 meetings, 7 members are included in the JIT. On June 19, summoning notices were given to Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf, but he did not appear, it was decided to conduct an investigation involving 4 accused in the case, the statements of the victim's wife and 2 brothers were recorded, but the investigation is still ongoing.
