Saudi Arabia has removed the visa sticker on passports for Pakistanis as well

 Saudi Arabia has also removed the passport visa stack for Pakistanis, under which employment, Iqama, visit and transit visas will now be issued online.

Already issued sticker visas will still be effective, according to Saudi media, Saudi Arabia has started implementing the decision to end the passport visa sticker for citizens of 12 more countries, including Pakistan.


Apart from Pakistan, the visa sticker has also been abolished for the citizens of Turkey, Lebanon, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Thailand, Vietnam, Yemen, Sudan, Uganda and Kenya.According to which the Saudi embassies and consulates in these countries will not put stickers on passports, but in their place, e-visas will be issued with QR codes in the future.

The Civil Aviation Department of Saudi Arabia has informed all the airlines in writing that instead of the passport visa sticker, a paper visa will be printed in which the information related to the passenger will be entered, while information regarding the validity of the visas will be obtained through the QR code.
