week the Department of Justice says it was done so unlawfully writing the boys not only violate federal law but raise humanitarian concerns and present serious risks to Public Safety and environment fundamentally people will either get pushed to uh to an even more dangerous route potentially more often though they'll be trapped in unsafe conditions the reality is the buoy
is only a very small little portion of the river so it continues to have these other obstacles I am concerned though that you know I've seen reports that uh that DPS Troopers over a dozen have filed complaints about what is happening reports of dozens of injuries and drownings including an infant this month and recent allegations that Texas authorities were being ordered to
