The cabinet division has issued a notification of the dissolution of the federal cabinet, according to which the 83-member cabinet of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has been de-notified. In this regard, 33 federal ministers, 7 state ministers, 5 advisers and 38 special assistants have been de-notified. The cabinet and the government were dissolved.
On August 12, the Prime Minister had signed the summary of dissolution of the National Assembly and sent it to the President for approval. It should be remembered that the National Assembly and the Federal Cabinet were dissolved as soon as the President signed it, but Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will remain in office until the caretaker Prime Minister is appointed.
