KARACHI: Iran's Foreign Minister Amir Abdullah Allahian says that steps have been taken to increase relations with Pakistan.
Addressing the ceremony, Amir Abdullah Allahian said that the people will benefit from the promotion of trade between Pakistan and Iran, we want to promote economic relations with Pakistan, we are ready to provide all kinds of facilities to Pakistanis
The Iranian Foreign Minister said that Pakistan has always been close to Iran and has taken steps to increase relations with it, while the doors have also been opened for international transport.
Amir Abdullah Ullahyan said that the gas pipeline project between the two countries has progressed, which could prove to be a substantial contribution to Pakistan's energy needs.
He said that the plan to provide electricity to Pakistan is also under consideration by Iran, trade relations have further improved after becoming a member of SCO, MoU has been signed and 6 corridors are being built.
He said that there is a need to promote travel and tourism in both countries, new paths are being paved at the economic and commercial level.
