One person was killed and another was injured in the firing in the alleged town of Karachi. The deceased had come from abroad some time ago.
According to SSP East Irfan Bahadur, a person named Sher Khan was killed by unknown persons outside the madrassa near the alleged town police station.

Eyewitnesses told the police that two motorcycle-riding suspects arrived and opened fire on Sher Khan, killing him on the spot, while a man named Abdul Qadoos was injured. According to the sources, the injured person is said to be the watchman of the seminary, the police have seized 8 shells from the scene.
In another incident of firing in the same area of the alleged town, a man named Abdul Aziz was seriously injured. According to preliminary information, the incident is a suicide attempt, further investigation of the incident is underway.
