Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir has met important American government officials and military officials during his visit to America.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), these meetings include meeting with Secretary of State Antony Blanken, Secretary of Defense General Lloyd J. Austin.
Army Chief also met US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, Deputy National Security Adviser Jonathan Finer.
According to ISPR, Army Chief General Asim Munir also met US Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff General Charles Q. Brown.
In these meetings, bilateral interests, mutual issues of global and regional security and international conflicts were discussed.
