Tensions between musk and Twitter escalate as Tesla CEO countersues Twitter 

 In the musk twitter saga the tesla CEO has officially the battle between him and twitter by counter suing the social media company over his bid to walk away from the 44 billion dollar deal . While the 164 page 

document has not been made available to the public as of now but a version of it could be made available soon with some details redacted the lawsuit was filed on Friday hours after a delaware court ordered a

five day trial in October that will determine if musk can actually walk away from the purchase deal or not . Musk lawsuit came after microblogging site sued him in the delaware court of chancery to 

force him to continue with the twitter deal . Musk formally said that he wanted to terminate the twitter deal earlier this month after months of tiff with the social media company . Musk has accused twitter of lying 

about the number of spam accounts on its platform and denying him access to information about their response in handing such accounts . Twitter has called musk fake account claims a compete distractions saying that musk is bound by the merger contract and cannot back off just like that .
