Pak govt has admitted that India Under Narendra Modi-led Govt has changed .
Pak FM Bilawal Bhutto Zardari told AFP that it is very different India to that of 2010 .
Bilawal referred to UPA Government in 2010 saying it was willing to engage with Pakistan . Bilawal said that they ad taken a political risk by starting trade with India under UPA Govt in 2010.
The Pakistani FM However admitted that the current dispensation in India is different from that of UPA . PM Modi-led govt has made it clear that it won’t talk to Pak unless Islamabad acts against terror .
New Delhi wants to act against terror and refrain from pushing terrorists into Jandk. Pak unilaterally downgraded diplomatic ties with India in 2019 after JandK special status was scrapped .
Pakistan Government also suspended trade ties with India over New Delhi decision on Jammu Kashmir . India and Pak despite terror attacks held several rounds of talks under UPA-I and UPA-II.
India took a harsh stand against Pakistan after deadly terrorist attack in URI in 2016 and Pulwama in 2019.
