Just hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin signed mobilization decree

Russian men scrambled to buy plane tickets to flee a bid to avoid joining Ukraine war .


As per associated press flights departing Russia have either sold out or become costly . An infographic by flight radar 24 showed flights out of Russia mostly headed to Turkey .


Turkish Airline said on its website that flights to Istanbul which has become an important travel hub to and from Russia were fully booked until saturday .

A website aviasales noted that direct flights to cities in nearby countries of Armenia , Georgia ,Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan were all sold out .


Some journalists reported that Russian Airlines stopped selling tickets to Russian men between 18 and 65 amid fears that a martial law could be imposed.

Meanwhile ,Ukraine took “Molotov Cocktail” jibe as Russian googled How to leave .



Molotov Cocktails- Homemade “Petrol Bomb” were a motif of the common Ukrainian resistance against Russian force when invasion began seven month ago . Russian Parliamentary chief has urged MPs to join Ukraine war on his telegram channel.


Vyacheslav Volodin the speaker of Russia lower house of parliament the duma said those who meet the requirements should help with their participation .

Reuters reported that 1,300 people across Russia were arrested foe Anti-Putin protests . More than 1,311 people had been held on Sep 21 across 38 Russian cities.


These include 502 in Moscow and 524 in ST Petersburg ,Russia second most populous city . Unsanctioned rallies are illegal under Russia Anti-protest law .
