Russia has made India an offer amid a raging war in Ukraine that is in its ninth month . Russia said Indian students who fled Ukraine can complete education in its country .

Russia offer comes for the first time since the war broke out in Ukraine in February . Russian consul general Oleg Avdeev said that Indian students are welcome to India .

Students are concerned the students keep going to Russia for studies . The trend is also there an upward trend more and more students apply for their scholarships in Russia . An offer for them to go to Russia because the ambience I think the standards of medical education they are very similar and the language of education is also Russian .
So for the students it will be very beneficial to go to Russia . I mean those students who left Ukraine they could go to Russia to continue the education because the syllabus medical syllabus is almost the same.

Every year numerous Indian students travel to both Ukraine and Russia to study medicine and other specialized courses . Indian medical students were left stranded with their future hanging on the cliff in February .Several were evacuated from Ukraine to India amidRussia special military op .
