Putin private army is now forming a border military force in Russia.
The head of Russia Wagner Mercenary group Yevgeny Prigozhin said that his organization has started training civilians in Russian regions bordering Ukraine .Wagner group claims to be forming a Militia and building fortifications .

Putin Private Army Building Border Militia
Wagner is helping and will keep helping the population in border areas to learn how to build engineering structures to train and to organize a militia. Wagner main aim is to start building fortifications and training schools in the belgorod and kursk regions which have regularly come under fire in recent months .

The declaration of forming a border force comes just a week after wagner group opened its first official headquarters in st Petersburg . Yevgeny Prigozhin the founder of the group and whose fighters have been deployed to Ukraine made the big announcement of civilian Militia .

Wagner Group Decoded
