Kim previous prolonged disappearances have provoked speculation about his health . According to NK news Kim Jong-UN longest ever break from public appearance was in 2014 when he was not seen for 40 days .
The parade which will celebrate the 75th founding anniversary of the Korean people army is expected to be held tuesday or wednesday. Kim was expected to use the event to show off his nuclear might which has been a brewing concern for the United States and its Asian allies.
Last week North Korea threatened to counter US military moves with the most overwhelming nuke force while slamming joint drill plan with South .
