Russian envoy said his country will listen to India suggestions if it offers any on Ukraine. India has repeatedly batted for dialogue and diplomacy to end the war in Ukraine . PM Narendra Modi last year told President Vlaidmir Putin that the present era is not an era of war .
So far India has neither condemned nor condoned the Russian invasion of Ukraine . Unlike west which has slapped sanctions on Russia India has taken a neutral stance on Ukraine . India purchase of Russian oil has irked west but has not deterred new Delhi .
