ISLAMABAD : Cabinet Division has sent the summary regarding Eid-ul-Fitr holidays to Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.
The private TV channel says that this time 5 holidays will be given on Eid, the holidays will start from Thursday, April 20, while the last holiday will be on Monday, April 24. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will take the final decision on the holidays. It should be noted that this year the Eid al-Fitr moon is likely to be sighted on April 21.
According to the Rawit Hilal Research Council, the meeting of the committee will be held on the evening of April 20, however, the Eid moon is unlikely to be visible that evening, so Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on Saturday, April 22 after completing 30 fasts.
