Russian forces intercepted three Ukrainian drones over Moscow, condemning an "attempted terrorist attack" by the Ukrainian defence ministry.
TASS reported one person injured. The Russian defense ministry also claimed to have downed 25 drones headed for Crimea overnight. Saudi Arabia plans to host a peace summit in early August to start negotiations over Russia's war on Ukraine. Putin suggested an African initiative could be a basis for peace in Ukraine, but Ukrainian attacks made it difficult to achieve.
