Putin says the Black Sea grain deal has "lost its meaning."

 Moscow withdrew from the Black Sea grain deal, which aimed to ensure the safe export of Ukrainian grains, President Vladimir Putin said. 

The deal lost its meaning, as it did not justify its humanitarian purpose. Moscow argued that Russia's conditions for the extension had been ignored, and the deal had been terminated. This move aimed to alleviate a global food crisis.
