ISLAMABAD:  Federal Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb has said that the minimum salaries in media houses will be fixed by the government.

According to private TV Dunya News, while holding a press conference in Islamabad, (N) League leader Maryam Aurangzeb said that in 2018, the path of development was blocked by imposing the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf, and the media should take responsibility for misinformation and disinformation. Responsibilities must be fulfilled. The historic PEMRA Amendment Bill was passed in the National Assembly today, I thank all the media workers for supporting the bill. The minimum salary of the media houses will be as per the salary fixed by the government.

He said that 3 times elected Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was removed by conspiracy. CPEC and Pakistan's development was to be stopped by disqualifying Nawaz Sharif for life.
