Russia and Moscow have reiterated their position on the Black Sea grain deal, stating that Moscow wouldreturn once the part affecting Russia is implemented. President Vladimir Putin is holding a call withTurkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Moscow quit the deal two weeks ago due to obstacles in exporting grain and fertiliser. The US envoy to the UN has indicated indications of Russia's interest in returning to discussions about the grain deal.
