Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced to challenge the decision of the session court against the party chairman before the Supreme Court.
According to the details, PTI rejected the decision of the session court against its chairman, the party has announced to challenge this decision before the high court.
Spokesman PTI said that this decision is an attempt to achieve level playing field goals under the London plan, but the nation will never accept the conspiracy against the leader. Pronouncing a safe verdict in the case, Chairman PTI has been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment and fined Rs 100,000. He has also been disqualified under the Election Act for 5 years.
The court also issued an arrest warrant for Chairman PTI in the Tosha Khana case, on which he was arrested from Zaman Park in Lahore and transferred to Kot Lakhpat Jail.
