ISLAMABAD: The session court has sentenced PTI Chairman PTI to 3 years imprisonment and imposed a fine of 100,000.

Earlier in the hearing, election commission lawyers Amjad Parvez, Saad Hassan appeared in the court, no lawyer appeared on behalf of Chairman PTI.

Judge Humayun Dilawar inquired that where are the accused? So lawyer Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry said that Khawaja Haris will tell the court about the accused.
The judge said that he said that Khawaja Haris is busy in the NAB court. Is he busy? Then lawyer Khalid Yusuf said that Khawaja Haris is giving arguments on bail applications.
During the hearing, the lawyer Election Commission told the court that he had taken time in the NAB court for 2:30, on which the lawyer Khalid Yusuf said that Khawaja Haris will come free from the NAB court.
Judge Humayun Dilawar remarked that if late nights are free, then what will happen, the court had asked to appear at 8:30 a.m. It was already 10:30 p.m.
The court directed the lead counsel to ensure attendance at 12 o'clock otherwise the judgment will be pronounced, later the court reserved the judgment and said that the court will pronounce the judgment at 12:30 p.m.
