In two days, a record of 44 references was submitted in the accountability courts of Islamabad

On behalf of NAB, a record of 44 references was submitted to the accountability courts of Islamabad in two days.

Today, due to NAB's weekly holiday, the records of more references could not be collected in the accountability court.

According to NAB sources, the records of the remaining references will be submitted on Monday after verification. Sources say that NAB's efforts are on to complete the examination of records of all 80 references on Monday.

It should be noted that on September 15 of this month, the former Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial, on the last day before his retirement, gave the verdict in the last case in which the petition of Chairman PTI against the NAB amendments was declared admissible and several clauses of the NAB amendments. was declared null and void.

The Supreme Court had reinstated all the cases that ended up falling short of the Rs 50 crore threshold and ordered all the cases to be rescheduled to the accountability courts. References are being sent back by NAB to the accountability courts across the country on the order of the Supreme Court.
