The Sindh High Court ordered the police to register a case of disappearance of PTI leader Usman Dar. The Supreme Court heard the case against PTI leader Usman Dar's detention and disappearance.
The Sindh High Court also directed the police to register a case and submit a report on October 3. The police informed the court that the petitioner did not approach to register the case.

Barrister Ali Tahir, the lawyer of the petitioner, told the court that the petition regarding the disappearance of Usman Dar was submitted on the first day itself. The public prosecutor said that the petitioner can record his statement to the police if he wants, Usman Dar is not in police custody.
Barrister Ali Tahir, the lawyer of the petitioner, said that the caretaker Home Minister of Sindh has admitted in a TV program that Usman Dar is in the custody of the police, now the police say that Usman Dar has not been detained.
