Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan divorced his wife Ayesha Mukherjee. According to Indian media, Shikhar Dhawan's divorce from his wife Ayesha Mukherjee was approved by the family court of Delhi.
The court said that the wife had caused mental pain to Shikhar Dhawan by forcing him to live separately from his only son for years. According to Indian media, Family Court Judge Harish Kumar accepted all the allegations made by Shikhar Dhawan against his wife in the divorce petition.
According to Indian media, the court also ordered Shikhar Dhawan to visit his son in India and Australia for a reasonable period, communicate through video calls and spend time with his father during school holidays.
It should be noted that Ayesha and Shikhar Dhawan got married in 2012 and they have a 10-year-old son Zorawar Dhawan. According to Indian media, both Ayesha and Zorawar Dhawan are Australian citizens, while Ayesha has been married before with whom she has 2 daughters.
