'SPY ' ship has entered the Indian ocean on August 1 . Indian Navy said it is monitoring Chinese ship 's movement . On August 8 Colombo requested China to deeper ship docking at Hambantota . Colombo however ,did not specify the reason behind the request .
On August 11 ship was 600 nautical miles away from Hambantota.
Chinese vessels currently moved to Andaman island in bay of Bengal. After docking at Hambantota for replenishment Chinese ship was to leave on Aug 17.India has Raised concern over the docking of

WHY INDIA IS CONCERNED.
Hambantota is a southern deep- sea port of Sri Lanka largely developed with China loans .Colombo leased out port to China for 99 years after being unable to replay loan. India fears that it could be used for military purposes by China . China space satellite resaerch vessel has an aerial beach that urpasses 750 KM.
Yuan Wang 5 can be used to monitor India space mission at Sriharikota. Chinese ship may snoop on Indian installations along the southern coast .
