Russia has rejected US president Joe Biden terms for talks on Ukraine war .
The kremlin said that Moscow will continue with its special military operation .
This after US president Joe Biden on Thursday said he would be open to talks with Putin .If Russian leader “Truly” wants to end the fighting in Ukraine .
In response Kremlin say Russia will not accept conditions set forth by Biden .
Kremlin spokesperson said that Putin was ready for talks to ensure Russia interests are respected but said that Washington stance complicates that .

Kremlin spokesperson said that the US does not recognise any of the new territories as part of the Russian federation . He was referring to the 4 annexed Ukrainian regions.
Remember Russia held a so-called referendum in four regions of Ukraine in September . Ukraine Donetsk , Kherson , Lugansk and Zaporizhzhia had voted to become part of Russia .
The west had condemned the voting and has refused to recognise the “Illegal Move”. Kremlin remained the west that before sending troops to Ukraine in Mid-February Russia had repeatedly proposed talks with NATO, OSCE and the United States .But those attempts by Russia to hold talks had proved to be “Unsuccessful’.
