Hungary has refused to fall in line with European Union over Ukraine .
Budapest has denied providing any training Ukrainian forces . Hungary state secretary for bilateral relations Tamas Menczer said that budapest favours a diplomatic solution to the conflict .

This is not all the Hungarian govt also vetoed agreement on an Euro 18 Billion package for war-ravaged Ukraine by European Union .This force EU to seek alternative solutions to ensure Kyiv gets much needed funds in Jan.

Hungry Bid To Block Aid To Ukraine
“It is immoral for Hungary to hold up EU aid for Ukraine to extract approval from other members states for handing billions of Euros from their joint budget to budapest . The commission will look at how to provide the necessary solutions to Ukraine . We will not be discouraged our ambition remains that we’ll start the disbursement of our aid to Ukraine in January. ( Czech Republic Finance Minister Zbynek Stanjura)””
Hungry earlier also broke ranks with west by refusing to send weapons to Ukraine Foreign minister Szijjarto said in July that the conflict was not Hungary war.
The latest move by Hungary has yet again exposed the divide in EU over Ukraine . Russian has said in the past that military aid to Ukraine only exacerbates the conflict .
