A councilor of Jamaat-e-Islami was killed while 2 people were injured in the firing in Sarjani Town area of Karachi.
According to the police, the altercation took place over the installation of electric wires, the firing group receives money in exchange for stolen electricity. Police say that deceased Habibullah is a councilor of Jamaat-e-Islami.
On the other hand, a young man was killed by firing in Golimar, the residents of the area protested against the alleged gang war incident on the road leading to Pak Colony from Garden.
