Russian president Vladimir Putin plans revenge over west sweeping sanctions . Putin announced plan to reroute more natural gas to Asian countries to counter sanctions . This as EU which heavily relies on Russian gas supply agreed on a 9th sanctions package .

During a meeting of strategic development and national projects council Putain said that eastbound gas supplies will continue to grow and could hit 90 BN cubic meters by decade oil.
Putain announced plans to develops port and pipeline infrastructure in Russia south and east . Putain said that the implementation of new projects will make it possible to increase gas supplies to the east by 48 billion cubic meters by as early as 2025 and to 88 billion by 2030 .
